Bahan - Bahan Adonan Dasar Cake - 120g Mentega Tanpa Garam - 70g Gula Halus - 1g Garam - 35g Telur yang sudah dikocok (gunakan 1 telur dan pisahkan lalu timbang) - 135g Tepung Kue (Cake Flour) - 50g Tepung Roti (Bread Flour) - 30 Kacang Almond Bubuk - 10g Bubuk Coklat Adonan Toping - 3 butir telur - Coklat Manis Couverture 100g (Coklat batangan) - Susu cair 200g - Heavy cream / krim kental cair 160g Adonan Coklat Ganache - Air dingin 10g - Gelatin halal 2g - 13g Coklat Bubuk - 45g gula pasir - 40g Krim Cair Kental - 30g Susu Cair - 20g Coklat Chip Manis Untuk prosesnya silahkan simak videonya dengan baik terimakasih :)
