As the Magic Knights continue their journey toward Zagato’s stronghold, they encounter another of his most dangerous subordinates: Ascot, a young but extremely powerful summoner. Despite his childlike appearance, Ascot commands terrifying monsters that attack the girls without mercy.
During the battle, Hikaru, Umi, and Fuu struggle against the relentless magical creatures. However, Fuu begins to sense that Ascot himself is not truly evil—only lonely and manipulated by Zagato’s influence. Instead of responding with pure force, the girls attempt to reach him emotionally.
Through compassion and understanding, they manage to break through Ascot’s hostility. Moved by their kindness and sincerity, he withdraws his monsters and begins questioning his loyalty to Zagato.
The episode emphasizes empathy over aggression, showing that the Magic Knights’ strength lies not only in combat, but also in their ability to understand others and change hearts.
