Weak Hero - Part 15

On the bus ride home from school, Gray recalls how Eugene bought him special laundry detergent to help remove the marker stains from his uniform. Eugene awkwardly recalled having been subjected to similar treatment in middle school before nervously saying goodbye. Gray thinks to himself how Eugene's actions are just like that of Stephen Ahn. Meanwhile, Ben stops by Alex's house to check up on him, but Alex refuses to answer, planning to stay out of school until his face heals up so Ben will not go after Jimmy Bae. The next day, Teddy Jin spills Coke in the hallway outside Class 1-5, earning the ire of a passing teacher. When Gray leaves to grab a mop bucket, Teddy barges into class with Chad Jang and grabs Gray's bag. Eugene tries to stop Teddy and holds onto the bag until Teddy's punches force him to let go. Teddy, seeing Gray as no different from his regular targets, is applying his standard practices: rather than going all-in and head-on, he instead plans to mess with Gray and progressively break his spirit. From the stairway, Teddy kicks Gray's bag into another student's mop bucket just in time for Gray to arrive with his own cleaning supplies. Eugene watches from the doorway as Teddy taunts Gray from above, goading him to come up and fight.
