Nobita stumbles upon a stray dog and brings him home, unaware that the pup is actually a prince from a far-off world located in the African "Smokers Forest." In this world, dogs have evolved and built their own empire. With the help of his friends, Nobita sets off on a quest to return the young prince to his rightful position. However, upon arriving there, they discover that the world has undergone major changes.
