One Piece | Luffy's Stretchable Family Treasure

After fighting Kuma Bartholomew on Sabaody Archipelago and being transported to Kuja Island where in all female residents, Luffy was poisoned due to the parasitic mushroom that he ate and grew all over his body. A female warrior spotted him thinking he was a woman and removed all the mushrooms around his body. While cleaning him up, they spotted one weird part that was between his feet and thought it was a missed mushroom, so as innocently as they did tried to pull it out but later found out that he was actually a man.
