Peabody's War Mr. Peabody, an elderly resident in the apartment building, refuses to pay higher rent or to allow the building's owners to throw him out, because he is old and disabled. He locks himself in the Romanos' apartment with a shotgun, and holds the family hostage until he can get on TV and tell the building's owners to allow him to stay in his apartment and pay a fair rent amount for it.
