Synopsis:
Set in Joseon, Madam Jo (Son Ye-jin) is a talented noblewoman frustrated by the restrictions placed on women. She proposes a temptation game with the charming and womanizing Jo Won (Ji Chang-wook). Meanwhile, Jo Won becomes interested in Hee-yeon (Nana), a widow determined to remain faithful to her late husband. Their dangerous game of attraction creates complicated relationships and emotional conflict.
It is a new series adaptation inspired by the classic 2003 Korean film Untold Scandal, which itself was based on Dangerous Liaisons.
