In 1998, the narrative follows Park Se Ri, a young woman of 19 year-old, as she undertakes to rectify her habitually disheveled hair in preparation for a momentous declaration. Concurrently, she finds herself intertwined with Han Yun Seok, a newly enrolled transfer student. Leveraging her past experiences with unreciprocated affections, Se Ri enlists the assistance of her peers to collaborate with Han Yun Seok, the aforementioned transfer student from Seoul. Their collective aim is the execution of "Operation Love," a strategic endeavor intended to enable Se Ri to avow her sentiments for Kim Hyeon, the school's most esteemed male student.
