A step-by-step guide for teachers: start from your dashboard, confirm your appraisal category, choose the matching self-appraisal and complete the preparation fields. Read the guiding principles, standards and descriptors; use evidence to choose scores; add clear comments and portfolio links. Use Later to take a break and resume the same draft from Pending Observations. Complete only when your details and evidence are ready.
