Out of the original style castlevania games rondo of blood and its remake are my favourite. They're tough if you're not skilled but the music and subweapon ultimate attacks are awesome. Since the other playable character Maria can perform a double jump too, it makes this classic style castlevania game feel closer to the igavania games with more RPG elements.
