**The Forgotten Muslim Army That Changed China Forever**
This documentary explores a forgotten chapter of Chinese history — the arrival of Muslim soldiers who traveled thousands of miles through ancient trade routes and became part of the Tang Dynasty’s struggle during a time of internal instability.
From Central Asia to China, these soldiers and their communities gradually became part of Chinese society. Over the centuries, their legacy helped shape the history of the Hui Muslims of China.
Through cinematic visuals of ancient warfare, imperial cities, the Silk Road, and cultural transformation, this documentary explores the remarkable connection between Islamic history and China’s imperial past.
