I love deltarune! so I decided to make an illustration of Mew Mew my beloved. I can't F*cking believe hatsune miku was in dealtarune guys TOBY FOX YOU MADMAN i literally jumped out of my chair while I was fighting her. I start by sketching out a pose adjusting porportions as I go You can see me coloring but I end up discarding the first sketch for a more gestural one, and I also tried skipping the lineart in the first aproach which I was not used to, and I got frustrated as this drawing progressed which is ok, it's just a sign that I didn't know what I was doing, so I took a step back and rethought my aproach. Overall I think the final illustration was def a net positive. I think every artist ehen they're starting out waits for a big leap of improvement, but more often than not I think it's more important to look back at all the small leaps you took over the years. Let this drawing be one more.
