After being released from prison, Neto tries to leave his violent past behind and reconnect with his young son. His hopes are shattered when his ex-wife is murdered by her ruthless new husband, a drug kingpin (Neal McDonough), who also kidnaps their son and takes him across the border into Mexico. With help from a stripper named Inez (Shannyn Sossamon), Neto embarks on a brutal cross-border revenge mission to rescue his boy and settle scores, facing enemies on both sides of the law.
