I DESIGNED THIS: Hotel & Aqua Park

I Designed this ... I did my due diligence , spoke to land owners , met with environmentalists and did a year of planning. Just to get this concept all together. The Quality Hotels , the Vancouver Public library was where i lived during these times. Xerox machines and stale subway sandwiches kept me company only to lose a buck on the vending machines when i needed a drink and not getting the pop out of the slot. But here it is... I designed this 2 decades ago , it took a lot of studying and strategies , but this was my first project that got me to the next and to the next . This is the one that gave me a clear understanding that ,... its not the accommodation , or the amenities or even the lobby that draws in how to design a Hotel ... But it was the FOOD AND BEVERAGE department that make it all possible for working a hospitality structure to function. How to Design a Hotel , should actually be the title for this campaign. Everyone who wants to design one , usually makes this mistake . They think its about the rooms , or the beds or even better the lobby and amenities . It's actually simpler than that. It's just a matter of seeing it, at a business stand point ... People want to EAT and DINE with a VIEW that comes with it. It took me while .. but finally its sank in, and never left me since. This Hotel has an observatory, a large resort type restaurant , a water park and two towers of 5 star quality accommodation with a 360 view . All to satisfy that long awaited Hiatus, with one that wont seize from a memory but embedded in your culture. Do you like the Hotel Design ? Do you like the Marketing Video ?
