Born under a dark prophecy, Dar, the unborn son of King Zed, is targeted for death by the evil high priest Maax, who fears a foretold fate: that the child will one day kill him. Through dark magic, the infant is stolen from the womb and placed inside a cow, only to be rescued and raised by a humble villager. Growing up in the rural village of Emur, Dar discovers he possesses a rare gift — the ability to telepathically communicate with animals.
When Dar reaches adulthood, tragedy strikes: his village is massacred by the barbaric Juns, allies of Maax. As the sole survivor, Dar sets out on a quest for vengeance. Along the way, he forms a loyal animal fellowship — Sharak the eagle, Ruh the black tiger, and two cunning ferrets, Kodo and Podo — each aiding him in battle and survival.
His journey leads him to the enslaved city of Aruk, now under Maax’s tyrannical rule. Dar encounters Kiri, a slave girl destined for sacrifice, and becomes entangled in a struggle to free the people, rescue the innocent, and confront Maax himself. His path also crosses eerie dangers, including a mysterious race of half‑bird, half‑human creatures who dissolve their prey — sparing Dar only because of their reverence for his eagle companion.
Ultimately, Dar’s quest becomes not only one of revenge but of destiny, as he rises from outcast to hero in a world of dark magic, prophecy, and primal power.
