The 2017 live-action Ajin: Demi-Human is a Japanese sci-fi action film based on the manga by Gamon Sakurai. It follows Kei Nagai, a young man who discovers he is an "Ajin"—a rare, immortal being. Hunted by society and subjected to cruel government experiments, Kei is caught in a war between humans and radical Ajin terrorists.
