Potatoes 1 (Boiled, peeled and mashed)
Mint leaves 1 Tbsp chopped finely
Coriander 3 Tbsp chopped finely
Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs to coat
Eggs 3 whisked
Oil for deep frying
