This video introduces the creative MEBIR responses in dogs. It suggests that the behaviour of dogs is much more complex than previously known, and that these kinds of complex behaviours are also occurring in infants. The MEBIR response in companion animals is a major reason why humans started to keep animals as pets, for all the benefits of the MEBIR response which are released from interacting with animals. However, nomadic hunters and gatherers were originally rich in MEBIR experience from having an egalitarian society, suggesting that originally companion animals were of interest behaviourally, from being a novelty, that provided MEBIR experiences when society became less perfect, from the advent of the accumulation of the wealth, and a subsequent unequal distribution of the wealth.
