One Day at a Time {1975} episode 09

Fighting City Hall Ann is furious when she receives a $4,000 phone bill. She soon begins a letter writing campaign to anyone and everyone, including the President of the United States. Coincidentally, the President just happens to be passing through her neighborhood and Ann soon finds two Secret Service agents at her front door.
