The drama tells the story of Jiang Mu, a girl who lived a sheltered, sweet life until the age of nine, and Jin Chao, a prodigal son. Their lives diverged onto two separate paths that couldn’t intersect from that year onward. That year, their parents divorced, and her father and older brother went to Thailand to make a living. She also learned the secret that her brother had been adopted and decided to fly to Thailand alone.
When they met again, the once graceful young boy had turned gray—now a sharp, streetwise young man. He boxed and raced cars, navigating a dangerous world entirely unfamiliar to her. Jiang Mu, however, did not retreat. She proceeded carefully, gradually integrating into her father’s family and Jin Chao’s life. Exceptionally talented, her studies and life in Thailand were rich and vibrant. Her warmth and sensitivity shone like light, illuminating Jin Chao’s world.
As his co-pilot, she became his perfect navigator. Seeing Jin Chao trapped in his own struggles, she decided to pull him out and bring him home.
