31 years ago, on January 16, 1995; Paramount Pictures and United Television (Christ Craft) launched a joint TV Station with Star Trek: Voyager as the very first program, which would be it's flagship.
The CW (from 2006 onwards) became the legal successor to UPN via CBS and Warner Bros (The WB).
