Summary
Xu Wanqing marries Song Gu'an for warmth, despite knowing he still longs for his first love. A prophetic dream reveals the extent of his betrayal—that he has secretly protected the other woman for years—which is confirmed when he forces the pregnant Wanqing to donate blood. Heartbroken, she finally leaves, leading Song Gu'an to realize his mistake and try to win her back.
