This time, we didn’t want a decorative zodiac motif — we wanted a horse with spirit.
Inspired by classical Chinese poetry, ink art, and calligraphy, the design distills the horse’s bone, soul, and rhythm into a minimalist emblem.
The dynamic silhouette echoes the airborne moment of Xu Beihong’s legendary horses, fused with the essence of the Chinese character “马”.
Every detail carries intention:
– A strap tip shaped after the Tang horizontal sword, sharp and decisive
– Keepers engraved with pine and ingot motifs, symbolizing resilience and fortune
– Crafted in robust Harley leather and Badalassi Pueblo vegetable-tanned leather, built to age with character
