Pathfinders Nightmare

Classic British ITV series about the Royal Air Force "Pathfinder" bomber command squadrons of World War Two. A corporal decides to impress his wife, by wearing insignia/rank he's not entitled to - caught out by Wing Commander McPhearson (Robert Urquhart), can he somehow redeem himself? Which, to a point he does - but tragically, late in the day.
