Police located a marked Philadelphia School District Public Safety vehicle with a uniformed Public Safety Officer inside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and face. Suspect Description: Hispanic male with a bowl type haircut, wearing a red or orange shirt, and was seen on video operating a white 2017-19 Kia Sportage.
