Building Management (Amendment) Ordinance 2024 to come into effect

VO: The Building Management (Amendment) Ordinance 2024 will take effect on July 13, 2025. High-value procurement will have new tendering and declaration rules. Large-scale maintenance procurement must involve more owners in person. The ordinance adjusts the requirements for auditing, displaying, and submitting financial statements and has new penalties for failing to keep important building management documents.
