A: Thoth will debut in v3.0 & she will replace Izanami as the queen of DPS. Her element is physical. The v3.5 CN Tier List regards Thoth as the best DPS still.
Q: Is Thoth free on v3.0 release just like Jinwu way back on v2.0 release?
A: Sadly, Thoth is not free. Pls do note that there is a spending event on v3.0 that rewards 30 Thoth shards (320 pts or final from the list).
Q: When is v3.0 for global?
A: after Zhimming then its v3.0 or Oct. 14, 2024
