What/Agenda: To seek explanation about the news coming from a board meeting on non-holding of election on December 10, 2023 as per the passing of a board resolution to extend a one full year of their term in pursuing their project/s that had not been done or fully accomplished in their fiscal year of 2023.
This was fully confirmed during a clarificatory conference last December 15, 2023. President Nardita Cabugawan Laus and Jacquiline Palomar previously requested last November 29, 2023 that a deputized agency of DHSUD, which is CUDHAO- Cabuyao City look into HOA matters of our subdivision. One of the items they inquired was the implementation of their newly minted board resolution that states they won't have an election due to their need to extend a year (2024) to accomplish their projects. That haven't started at all the whole time in FY2023, or barely starting up as we've seen with a post that is dating back last November 2023.
In summary; CUDHAO advised that they can't enforce nor implement that resolution so they don't have any choice but to call for an election that would be expectedly delayed.
The emergency meeting was a reaction about their unjustifiable refusal to hold an election because of project extension.
As they didn't prepared for such, in comparison to last 2022's preparation and filing of candidacy being announced as early as Nov 15, 2022.
