The story follows Yeyu, a young boy from a small village who grew up admiring the "Hell Hunters"—elite warriors who protect humanity. His life changes when he moves to Ember City to join their ranks. During his journey, he inadvertently saves a bioengineered operative named Taiyi and unknowingly takes a critical mission device from him. This small act of kindness triggers a massive conflict. A powerful antagonist named Lucifer dispatches an army of minions to retrieve the stolen data, leading to a city-wide battle for survival. Yeyu must navigate the trial to become a hunter while being caught in a war he didn't intend to start.
