Created by X user sharp_maker, Location Scout transforms real-world streets and buildings into manga-style backgrounds using map data and elevation information.
Artists can enter a place name, address, or coordinates, then customize camera angles, line thickness, outlines, lighting, shading, and other visual settings. Finished backgrounds can be exported as high-resolution PNGs for use in tools like Clip Studio Paint and Photoshop.
There’s just one catch: the tool has become so popular that its search feature is temporarily restricted due to heavy traffic. The developer is working through the overload before reopening it.
