"Vietnam's Fox Isn't a Court Story at All"

Episode four of this series invented a Vietnamese court-seduction fox legend with no basis in real folklore — this episode replaces it with what actually exists: a founding myth where the fox is a monster cleared by Vietnam's legendary first father, and a completely separate, much later legend where a fox spirit saves an emperor and becomes a worshipped guardian deity.
