"Strangers to each other, yet they become one flavor. Did the soup find us, or did we find the soup?" 海朋笑着坐下：“学厨时我问师父炖多久。他说：‘别急着问，汤自然会好。’心火稳，汤回甘；心火乱，好料也白搭。炖汤，也是在炖心。” Haipeng smiles. "I asked my master, 'How long?' He said, 'Stop asking, and it'll be done.' A steady fire brings sweetness; a restless one wastes good ingredients. Making soup is tending our heart." Rack问：“心里相信会回甘，真能改变什么？” Rack asks: "If we truly believe sweetness is coming, does it really make a difference?" 明吉笑：“这口回甘，就是耐心熬出来的。心先住进圆满，生命自然回应咱。” Mingji smiles.
