One notable distinction between Earth-X and our planet is that, in this multiverse of realities, the Nazis prevailed in World War II. A group of heroes known as the Freedom Fighters, led by The Ray, bravely fight against oppression. However, The Ray transfers his abilities to his gullible counterpart, Ray Terrill, when he is brought to Earth to save his own life. Terrill, who now goes by The Ray due to his superhuman abilities, requires assistance from The Flash and Green Arrow to adjust to the difficulties of being a crime fighter. After undergoing testing in combat, The Ray is now ready to lead the Freedom Fighters in their biggest battle to date: a return to Earth-X to face Overgirl and her evil Nazi goons.
