Everyone, except Nobita, can use witchcraft in their daily lives. Nobita tries to change everything back, but his mom threw away the Moshimo-box. The group meets a professor and his daughter who warn them about the dangerous "star of the Underworld" approaching. They must travel to the Underworld to save the planet by piercing the Underworld King's heart. They fail and Miyoko is taken captive. Doraemon and friends use the Time Machine and Dorami's Moshimo-box to restore Earth. However, a parallel universe still has the events taking place, leaving Miyoko captive. The group must travel back to the Underworld to defeat the ruler and save Miyoko.
