"The Money of Soul and Possibility Control" is a Japanese anime series that follows a college student named Kimimaro Yoga, who lives a mundane life until he encounters a mysterious man named Masakaki. Masakaki offers Kimimaro a chance to participate in a strange game called "Financial District," where players can compete using their futures as collateral. Kimimaro reluctantly accepts the offer and finds himself transported to a different dimension, where he meets other players and learns the rules of the game. Each player is given a "future card" and a bank balance, which they can use to purchase and sell assets on the market. As the game progresses, Kimimaro realizes that his actions in the Financial District have real-world consequences. He witnesses people losing their jobs and their homes, and he begins to question the morality of the game. Meanwhile, a mysterious organization known as the "Covenant" is pulling the strings behind the Financial District, and they have their own agenda. Kimimaro must navigate this dangerous world while also fighting to protect his own future. In episode 1, Kimimaro is introduced to the Financial District by Masakaki and must make his first trade. He meets a fellow player named Mikuni, who serves as a mentor and teaches him the basics of the game. However, as Kimimaro begins to understand the implications of the game, he becomes increasingly conflicted about his participation.
