10. Confession (Wonder Egg Priority 2021)

In this episode, Ai, the protagonist, is still reeling from the traumatic events of the previous episode. She is struggling to come to terms with the fact that her friend Koito has died, and she blames herself for not being able to save her. Meanwhile, Neiru is dealing with her own issues as she tries to come to terms with her past and her complicated relationship with her mother. She meets with a therapist and tries to work through her feelings. As the episode progresses, Ai and Neiru find themselves in a dream world where they encounter a girl named Haruka, who has been stuck in a cycle of self-blame and regret. Haruka confesses that she blames herself for her brother's death and has been unable to move on. Through their interactions with Haruka, Ai and Neiru realize that they must confront their own feelings of guilt and self-blame in order to move forward. They encourage Haruka to forgive herself and let go of her guilt, and in doing so, they begin to find some peace and closure of their own. The episode ends with a cryptic post-credits scene that hints at a possible twist in the story's plot.
