02. The Terms of Friendship

In episode 2, "The Terms of Friendship," Ai Ohto continues her journey to collect Wonder Eggs with her new friend Neiru Aonuma. They enter the Wonder Egg world and encounter a girl named Rika Kawai, who is being bullied by her classmates. Rika asks Ai and Neiru to become her friends, but they are hesitant at first. They eventually agree to help her, and they learn that Rika is being bullied because she is different from her classmates. Rika's love for dolls and her tendency to talk to herself have made her a target for bullying. As they navigate through the Wonder Egg world, Ai and Neiru learn more about Rika's past and her struggles with loneliness. They also encounter a powerful creature that puts their lives in danger. With the help of their Wonder Eggs, they are able to defeat the creature and save Rika. After returning to the real world, Ai and Neiru reflect on the importance of friendship and the struggles that come with being different. They agree to be Rika's friends and vow to protect her from further bullying. Meanwhile, a mysterious figure known as "The Sawaki Gentleman" continues to observe their actions from afar, and his motives remain unclear.
