The most painful part of this anime is there reaction when they heard the news that ace is dead and a broken promise of ace to a girl that he will come back
That's why garp want ace and luffy to be a Marines beacuse he don't want to fight them and if they are got cought by the Marines garp has to see them die why am I crying writing this.
Normal people: anime is just a cartoon.
Me: Cartoon is for fun which makes kid's happy. Anime is different than cartoon. Anime taught you a single thing in life. Cartoon didn't gave a single thing.
I feel bad for Garp though... All he wanted was Dragon to also become one of the Navies but instead he became one of the Revolutionary Army. So he tried to tell his grandsons to become one too but they became pirates instead. 😩 He just wants them to become strong Navy Admirals
He want them to be marine because of his freind Roger if you not nkow reger and garp fight and they become quite Close he dint want his grand child to be executed
