When the Monster Association unexpectedly shows up and kidnaps the executives' children, the Hero Association is forced into a crisis. In order to free the hostages, the S-Class Heroes band together and plan to raid the Monster Association's hideout.
At the same time, the "human monster" Garou awakens inside the Monster Association's lair.
