Lycoris Recoil AMV - [Chisato X Takina]

I think 2022 is the year everyone became a yuri fan one way or another. Lycoris Recoil blasted onto the scene with amazingly smooth animation, an intriguing original story and most importantly, 2 of the most paired together characters by far. The sheer amount of fanarts I've seen for these two rivals and probably surpasses earlier hit series this year. And it's not hard to see why. The way Chisato slowly changes Takina to become more than just what the DA expects her to be is one of the best things I've watched this year. While it may not be my favorite anime of the year (though it's in the top 3 for sure), I firmly believe this series will stay relevant for awhile given the open ended ending. Hopefully a season 2 is on the horizon and I can't wait to purchase their scale figures for my collection.
