A TV special work following "Episode of Nami" (broadcast in August 2012). It was a special project to commemorate the release of the 12th movie "ONE PIECE FILM Z" and was broadcast on the same day as the movie's release date.
Unlike the previous "Episode" series, where the story is based on the original story, it is composed mainly of a completely new story. In the story, the scenes with the Red-Haired Pirates and the Alvida gang in the first and second episodes of the original are remade in the form of recollections of Luffy and Coby. Coby and Helmepo have appeared in the New World edition prior to the original manga.
Shizuka Kudo was in charge of the costume design for the Straw Hat Pirates, and the costume was shown in the form of a fashion show at the opening scene.
the "Out x Deluxe" program that was broadcast the day before, program guests Domu Narita and Keiji Yamashita will appear as villagers, and the state of Ateleco was broadcast [2] [3]. In addition, Fuji TV announcer Midori Matsuo also appears as a guest in the role of a clerk.
On March 22, 2013, Blu-ray Disc and DVD were released.
