Frustrated, his fellow council members, Gerhard, Dino, and Henrique, visit him and try to persuade him, only to find Dali himself caring for a young child.
Meanwhile, a series of mysterious murders targeting vampires are happening in the streets.
There appears to be a past connection between Dali and the anti-social organization Pendulum, believed to be behind these crimes...
