FVO: Do you know which foods are rich in iodine?
Iodine is an essential micronutrient that supports normal thyroid function, growth and development. To boost your iodine intake, include more iodine-rich foods in your balanced diet, such as marine fish, seafood, seaweed, eggs and dairy products. Also, use iodised salt instead of regular table salt, and keep your total salt intake to less than one teaspoon per day.
If you have thyroid problems, be sure to seek medical advice.
