[Aether Gazer] Summon for Gengchen, Whispering Waves (summer outfit) & Shenli (sig functor) + Build

Hail the Tian Yuan's goddess of beauty, 圣 Gengchen! The long wait is over as her holiness is now finally within my grasp. Gengchen's summer outfit, Whispering Waves, made her the most hottest modifier in Sephirah. All degenerate is welcome to her holiness' gracious embrace. When asked "what is your religion?", pls answer "Gengchen!" To guide you, all degenerates, the holiness's summer outfit can only be obtained via a time-limited special gacha. You do not procced to Scan nor the Shop instead you click the icon (that shows her holiness on her outfit) on the upper right. A cutscene will play then off you go to the gacha window. In the lower right, there are 2 tabs: (a) the banner for her holiness' summer outfit & emoticons; & (b) the banner for the special background. EACH BANNER USES DIFFERENT VOUCHER - for the 1st tab (marked with numeral number "I"), it consumes a voucher called "Special VIP Invite" (gold rarity or the mail with the blue ribbon tie); & for the 2nd tab (numerical number "II"), it consumes "Banquet Invite" (purple rarity or the mail with blue seal). You can only obtain these special vouchers by using Shifting Stars or Shifting Flowers and not by any other means. There is a discount when using Shifting Flowers. ANY EXCESS OF THESE SPECIAL VOUCHERS WILL BE RENDERED USELESS (a predatory practice) so pls buy with caution. With no further adieu, pls witness how will my luck fares...
