Don't get me wrong I love Claire, and her and Jamie are great together but at the end of the day I ship John and Jamie... Even though I'm 99% sure they will never actually become a thing. I think I love John Grey so much because I can empathize and relate to his character, I feel for him, John is in love with Jamie but due to the fact that first of all, Jamie is (probably) straight, he was also raped by a man, his enemy Randall, and 3rd of all at the time John made his move Jamie was still mourning the loss of his wife Claire so he inevitably got rejected by Jamie. Unrequited love really sucks.
