Kluen Cheewit (2017) is a dramatic Thai "slap-kiss" lakorn about Jeerawat, a famous actress whose life spirals after a fatal hit-and-run, and Sathit, a lawyer seeking revenge for his fiancée's death. As Sathit stalks Jeerawat, he uncovers the truth of her abusive past and falls for her, creating a conflict between revenge and love. To escape her lecherous stepfather, an intoxicated Jeerawat drives away and accidentally hits a young woman who later dies.
