When a pregnant Qin Yue is caught in a severe car accident, her ruthless husband abandons her to save his sister-in-law, Shen Qianqian. Forced to the hospital alone, the newly-miscarried Qin Yue is treated as a mere blood bank and forced to donate to Qianqian. To make matters worse, her husband and Qianqian cruelly use the remains of her deceased baby to blackmail the frail Qin Yue into praying for Qianqian's son in the pouring rain. After discovering her baby's remains were destroyed and hearing Qianqian smugly confess to orchestrating the tragic accident, a devastated Qin Yue vows to enact the ultimate revenge.
