Prohibition of the Possession of Alternative Smoking Products

VO: The import and sale of Alternative Smoking Products, or ASP, have been banned for over three years. Starting April 30, the Government will further prohibit the possession of specified ASP in public places. Using ASP in public will be considered possession and is illegal, which can incur a fixed penalty of three thousand dollars. Possessing excessive amounts of ASP or possessing them for commercial purposes will lead to imprisonment. Don’t break the law!
