A completely unconventional and meticulous interpretation of an indie pop classic. This release features not a single musical instrument: 54 independent vocal channels recorded, tuned, mixed, and mastered from scratch to rebuild "You Don't Know Me" by Ben Folds both instrumentally and vocally.
Every harmony, every bass line, every rhythmic element, and every nuance has been performed exclusively with the human voice, maintaining the narrative and sophisticated essence of the original composition while taking it into a purely acapella territory.
