Foghorn Leghorn

Foghorn Leghorn is a loud, boastful rooster from the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoons, known for his Southern accent and catchphrases like "I say, I say". Created by Robert McKimson, he first appeared in 1946 and often found himself in mischievous conflicts with the Barnyard Dog and the young Henery Hawk, who tried to catch him. His voice was famously originated by Mel Blanc.
